We have been building homes for over 25 years and are very proud of the design and quality of our homes. We have spent a lot of time over the years listening to our customers' comments, which we've utilized in improving our design and quality of our product.

The pricing of our homes is based on our clients owning their own land, building pad being level, (special quotes for sloped building pad available) and the specifications listed on the Executive and Premier Specification pages. We also provide custom exterior shell or completed home pricing for our clients that have their own plans.

Our pricing is also based on quality. Quality is paramount in our method of building. From the foundation to our floor systems utilizing TJI floor joists with glued and screwed sub floors, to framing and through our exterior finish using Hardy Plank cement LAP siding. Our interior finish features top trim craftsman, Huntwood Industries cabinets with either raised or recessed panel oak, and our beautiful oak hardwood floors. These, plus many other items are what we feel sets us apart from our competitors.

Another feature Appleton Homes also offers is our exterior shell-only homes. This enables those of our customers who want to be able to finish the interior themselves and to customize and make changes as they go without the expense of costly change orders charged by a builder's fixed contract pricing.
